Adrienne Hauck, Founder

Adrienne is a dedicated advocate for restorative justice and emotional empowerment, currently leading the Graceworks Justice Center. Drawing from her background as a former educator, she combines compassion with expertise to implement innovative programs that transform lives and strengthen communities.

 

With a focus on evidence-based curricula in emotional hygiene, Adrienne empowers individuals within correctional facilities and diversion courts to cultivate self-awareness, empathy, and self-regulation skills. She addresses the root causes of behavioral issues, ensuring a more profound and lasting impact on those affected by the justice system.

A vocal champion for victims of crime, Adrienne collaborates with stakeholders and policymakers to amplify their needs and rights, fostering healing and promoting justice. At Graceworks Justice Center, she oversees comprehensive initiatives that include education, mentoring, and vocational training.

 

Her holistic approach to personal growth and accountability profoundly influences individuals and families, shaping the future of restorative justice.

Jermaine Birdow, Program Director and Lead Mentor

Jermaine Birdow is a remarkable leader and mentor, known for his inspiring journey from former OSU football player to the foreman of Graceworks Restorative Practices, LLC. After making choices in his early years that led to a 17-year prison sentence, Jermaine emerged with a deep commitment to reclaiming his life and serving the community he once gave so much to.

Today, Jermaine utilizes his talents in home and business repair to uplift his neighborhood, all while embodying the spirit of accountability and redemption. As a 24/7 mentor to adults and children, he guides individuals who have acknowledged their past mistakes, helping them find hope and purpose.

​

In addition to his repair work, Jermaine is dedicated to training others in emotional hygiene and the principles of restorative justice. Through his mentorship programs, he fosters healing and growth, proving that one’s past does not define their future.

 

Jermaine Birdow stands as a beacon of hope, demonstrating that transformation and community impact are not just possible but essential.

Jacquelyn Schoppa, LPC and Trainer

Jacquelyn Schoppa is an LPC in Oklahoma City. She received her degree in Communication from Drury University before going on to obtain her masters in Counseling at Oklahoma State University in 2013.

 

She currently works primarily with adolescents and their families. Her specialties include helping adolescents and their families build positive communication skills and nurturing relationships.

 

She also spent several years in schools, working in both middle and high school settings as a counselor.
